Summit Shoalhaven took place on Sunday 27th July. Nowra was represented by a number of athletes who showed great determination and resilience to earn fantastic results; many finishing on the podium in their age groups.
Dean Bryce competed in the 11km trail run, coming in 19th overall and 2nd in the 50-59 years group in a time of 58.13. Mark O’Leary was 28th and took 3rd place on the podium in the same age group with 1.02.37.

Paige Connolly-Davies was not far behind in 1.03.13, finishing 31st overall and 3rd in the 30-39 years group. Meanwhile Henry Connolly-Davies was 37th and 2nd in the 25-29 years group with 1.05.46.
Angela Bond clocked 1.08.08 for 47th place and was 2nd in the 50-59 years female whilst Sharyn Bryce was 5th in the age group in 1.21.10.

In the 23.5km run Marty Bell was 28th in 2.19.12 and finished 7th in the 40-49 years group. Glenn Sansom was 32nd in 20.20.01 and took the pole podium position in the 60-69 years group. George Parmenter was 41st in 2.23.47 and finished 6th in the 18-24 years category.
