The Nowra Athletics Club held its 66th Annual General Meeting on Saturday 16th May 2026 at the University of Wollongong following a beautiful afternoon of running and club BBQ.
A new Committee was nominated and warmly welcomed for the upcoming season, with a great mix of returning members and new faces bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm for the year ahead.
The 2026 Committee consists of:
Matt Watson – President
Lisa Carroll – Secretary
Scott Johnson – Treasurer
Darlene Musgrove – Vice President/Publicity Officer
General Committee: Gavin Dyball, John Price, Perry Strand, Glenn Sansom, Annie Schofield, Scott McLaren and Scott Armstrong.
The Committee would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended both the AGM and Annual Presentation. It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating another successful year for the club and recognising the achievements and contributions of our members. The club is excited for the season ahead and looks forward to continuing to grow and build on the strong community spirit that makes the club so special.
