There were some great results for three of our junior athletes who competed at the Illawong High Velocity Meet on January 3rd, 2026.
Flynn Kelly ran a new PB of 12.05 in the 100m, shaving 0.03 seconds off his previous best of 12.08. He also clocked 24.26 in the 200m.
Riley Sandstrom produced some solid performances, running 13.43 in the 100m and 27.16 in the 200m. In the shot put circle, Riley threw 9.09m.
Nine-year-old Ieremaia Falemoe achieved two PBs, recording an impressive 14.03 in the 100m and 29.14 in the 200m.
