At Treloar Shield 3, held in Camden on 25th October, Nowra was represented by three athletes.
Loretta Norris had a busy day of competition, producing strong results across multiple events. She placed 5th in the 35–49 years 100m, clocking 15.46, and also took 5th in the javelin with a throw of 13.02m. Loretta then went on to claim two impressive wins; taking out the 400m in 1:05.93 and the 800m in 2:36.15.
Ada Houldsworth also performed well, running a solid race in the 13–14 years 400m to finish 5th in 1:05.55.
In the field, Ellie Cooper recorded a throw of 25.27m in the javelin, placing 11th in the 15–17 years age group.
Well done to all three athletes for proudly representing Nowra and achieving such strong results.
