The 2025 NSW Combined Champs were held over the Australia Day weekend at Sydney Olympic Park. Sam Keogh, hot of her success at Country Championships contested the women’s pentathlon. After her Country competition of 13 events, it seems the 5 event program was a walk in the park for Sam as she cruised through to take the gold medal in the 40-44 years group.
Sam clocked 13.56 in the 100m and ran 2.57.01 over 800m. In the field, Sam jumped 4.29m in long jump and threw 7.50m in shot put and 17.96m in javelin.
