NSW Country Championships are on Thursday 24th – Sunday 27th January at Hunter Sports Centre.
This year the Championships competition will be held over 4 days with an altered program from previous years due to the 2019 Hunter Track Classic taking place on Saturday evening.
We’d love to see as many Nowra athletes as possible at Country Champs. It’s a great opportunity to compete against like-minded country athletes in a fun atmosphere. The camaraderie amongst athletes is always strong and a good time is always had.
You don’t have to be the fastest or the strongest, you just need to have a positive attitude to participate! Young and master athletes are all encouraged to give it a go and compete for Nowra.
The Country Champs Relays are always hotly contended with friendly rivalry amongst athletes so we are on the search for junior and senior athletes for these Relays. So don’t be shy, put your hand up and give it a go!
