The NSW Masters Throws Pentathlon Championships were held in Sydney on February 29th.
The Throws Pentathlon consists of 3 attempts each in the Hammer Throw, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin, and Weight Throw.
Masters athlete Kerrie Jones scored 2633 points to take home the gold medal in the 65-69 years event and was “over the moon” to win her first State Championships.
