Illawong High Velocity Meet was held on 7th January 2023 at The Ridge Athletics Track.
Three Nowra athletes competed in the sprint competition. In the 100m, Alisha Mustapic ran her second best time, clocking 13.54. Charlie Heidke also ran his second best time over 100m, crossing in 11.45. Meanwhile Jonah Watson ran a PB of 12.13.
In the 200m, Charlie Heidke finished 3rd in his heat, clocking 23.31.
