Round 10 of cross country was held at Worrigee on Saturday June 18th.
Numbers were a little lower than previous weeks due to the NSW XC Champs being held on the same day.
In the 2 km event, Jason Hehir took the win in 4:16 followed by Harry Thomson in 4:25 and then Malachy Martin in 9:27.
In the 3km race, from 12 competitors, Peter Dooley took the win in 12:44 whilst Steven Thomson took second in 19:57 and Matt Reid claimed third in the quickest time of 12:08. Emma Stevens was next followed by daughter Airlie Stevens in 13.09 who was the fastest female.
Long course was taken out by Peter Khourey in 48:34. In second place was Bradley Sawyers in 37:52 which was the fastest time and in third place was the sole female participant, Rebecca Cooper in 52:33. Perry Strand was fourth in 47:09 followed by Dean Bryce in 52:00 and Graham Anderson rounded out the field in 51:45.
There were no medium course competitors this week.
