On a glorious winters day 28 Nowra athletes contested the Championship events amongst a crowd of nearly 700 athletes. A number of Nowra athletes took part in the Wollongong Running Festival which was held on 4th June 2023. Dean Bryce achieved a 10km PB, clocking 45.52 (or 46.14 official time) and placed 8th from 34 runners in the 50-59 years age group.
