The 2025 Illawarra Track Challenge was held on Saturday 11th January at Kerryn McCann Athletic Centre. There was a small but dedicated team of athletes from Nowra at the meet.
Sam Keogh contested the 60m and was 4th in the 40-49 years event with a time of 8.69 whilst in the 100m she clocked 13.80. Sam also ran the 400m in the rain, however no time was provided, and in long jump, Sam jumped 4.23m.
Jonah Watson competed in the 100m and finished in 11.63 and young Willow Dwyer ran through in 14.54.
In the 400m, it was a father-son affair for Nowra, with Jonah clocking 52.75 and Matty 1.29.16.
Congratulations to all competitors.
