Some dedicated Nowra runners competed in the Bay to Bridge run in Batemans Bay on 4th February 2024 in very hot conditions.
Dean Bryce took the silver medal in the 10km 50-59 years group in a time of 45.35 whilst wife Sharyn was 5th in the women’s group with 1.05.22. 
Angela Bond also earned herself a silver medal in the 50-59 years event, finishing in 56.28, whilst hubby John ran in 3rd in 1.04.05.
Meanwhile in the 5kms event, Daniel Wood took the win in the 20-29 years group in 18.34.
Also competing on the day was former Nowra Club member Zac Havadjia, who finished 6th in the 20-29 years 10km event in 53.45.
