Great for all ages 6 years and older who enjoy the sport of cross country running.
Our Cross Country season is run from April through to August with events being held at different venues around the Nowra area each Saturday afternoon. Offering different running surfaces and in different settings from bush to farmland, conducted in all types of weather. Runners compete at their own pace to achieve their personal best in varying distances.
Race Details All Venues-
- 1km and 2km races start @ 2:30pm
- 3km and Long course races start @ 3:00pm
- Medium course races start @ 3:15pm
