It’s great to see the participation of Masters athletes increasing this year. Amongst our newest members are Meisha Vallentine, Amy Wagner, Kate Wagner, Simon Donougher and Stephanie Donougher. We have welcomed back members Mark O’Leary, Bronwyn Opferkuch and Geoff Crook. We’ve also welcomed back Erich Moeller-Duhme and Eva Moeller-Duhme, and Eva continues to break records in the 70+ group. Matthew Watson, a popular face at ANSW events such as Relays and Country Championships has contested some local track events this year, and brings his characteristic enthusiasm and good humour. John Smith is having a great season since joining the track and field competition and is showing fantastic results in both sprints and distance events.
